Welcome to the (re)connect pre-launch website (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any waitlist, informational, and related services made available through the Site by MindRight Behavioral Health Psychotherapy Group, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, or by submitting your email address to join the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Pre-Launch Informational Site

The Site is a pre-launch informational page intended to provide general information about (re)connect and allow interested users to join a waitlist for future updates. The Site does not currently provide the full (re)connect application or any live product functionality.

2. No Professional Advice

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is intended to constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or any other professional advice, and your use of the Site or submission to the waitlist does not create any therapist-client, physician-patient, or other professional relationship.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Waitlist and Email Communications

If you submit your email address, you agree that we may send you waitlist updates, launch announcements, product news, and related promotional communications, subject to applicable law. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at privacy@reconnectapp.ai.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee invitation, product access, launch timing, pricing, availability, or any particular benefit.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, features, branding, logos, graphics, text, design elements, and other materials on or made available through the Site are owned by or licensed to Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for personal, noncommercial use of the Site as intended, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, comments, ideas, feedback, or other submissions regarding the Site or future products, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, except as prohibited by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of applicable law;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
• submit false or misleading information; or
• scrape, harvest, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed US $100.

11. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may update or change the Site or these Terms at any time. If we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law applies.
